We provide Users with a mechanism to deactivate their account from the Website’s dashboard, but information and agreements used to deliver the Service cannot be deleted under NSW and Australian Law for a period of seven (7) to ten (10) years. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally archived, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

What happens if the Privacy Policy changes?
